Episode 57: Winnie The Peg

Download Episode 57 here.

Recorded this time, from Winnipeg and Hong Kong, Alex's slow hotel Internet connection caused a little bit of a delay in our voice, which caused a bit of post production hell.

Shootin' The Breeze

This is a "chit-chat" episode; definitely more Pacific than Anime this episode.

Alex gives his reactions to the now infamous, mainland toilet picture I posted last episode.

I also talk about my, "Floppy". Now, this isn't what you would expect (if you've listened to this show for any length of time). I'm talking about my English Cocker Spaniel, "Floppy".

Alex is mortified.

ABC Picks up the Edison scandal

Article here.

Their report is about a month too late.

We also discuss the huge amount of referrals we get from pedophiles & Greenland enthusiasts (yes, really!).

We also discuss the very wonderful, Scott Green linking to our humble show, yet again! Cheers Scott!

Dominion under review!?

Kent let us know about this latest news article about Dominion being among pornographic titles under review by the Canadian censorship board. Yes, it's completely baffling.

Japan's continuing downward spiral

Alex discusses part of the reason why he thinks Japan is sinking.

We then discuss the fascinating article, "Not Made In Japan".

It's a wrap!

Next week, we really will be speaking about a certain Irresponsible Space Captain.

So Alex your in the cold city, nice.

Not that far from the mighty Queen city, the home of yours truly..

Alex do me a favour, ask the city of Winnipeg
how it feels to fall at the mercy of the mighty green riders.

Let it be known that episode 57 is the episode that killed AniPac!

Wednesday already and only one comment!

I have no idea what a green rider is but from what I hear, in his old boarding school days, Alex was called the "red rider".

I have a American Pit Bull Terrier myself. We have her pretty much house trained. When she has to go to the bathroom she let us know and we let her outside. Their really nice dogs. If you show them who’s in charge you won't have a problem.

It just make me sick when someone use's these dogs for Dog fighting i.e. Michael Vick.

I like listening to em but i dont really have much to reply when the episodes aint about anime and manga :P

Yes, it was rather "Anime-Lite" this episode, indeed.

I'd be happy to let my dog outside too; if I knew that he could survive the 45 floor drop, manage to get past the front door security, wiggle his way into the elevator and leap up and push the "45" button.

Still, my dog is doing ok, he's going on newspaper most of the time now. In fact, I've done so much mopping over the last week or so, I'd say my apartment is cleaner than it ever was!

Pit Bull's often have a bit of stigmata attatched to them in terms of aggression, but I've heard that early socialization can make them, loyal and lovely. Hopefully your dog is the latter!

She is the latter. Thanks for asking Dane. That wouldn't be a good site to see you dog fall that far to the ground if you let your dog out.

I did indeed and damnit, I never reclaimed my AniPac documentary and freakin' Wannabe's from there, which I've been meaning to do since I lost my hard drive data a few months back!

Damn it!

Fuck, i hope someone downloaded the documentary from there.

I "think" i have wannabes somewhere tho. Ill try to look it up if you want me to.
